It’s a competitive world, I know, but you still got to look good.
Everyone these days want to look handsome and beautiful, apart from the crowd, right? Obviously, what you wear is the first thing that would make you look better, but today I discuss the other tips with you.
So, down here I’ve 10 “non-fashion” tips for men to look differently better than the other men in the crowd.
1. Drink plenty of water-
Yeah, this seems silly but yet is one of the most important steps in the race to look better. What most of the men these days neglect, especially the Indian men. But the journey to look better starts from your skin looking good, and there is no other great miracle medicine like water. Water has various benefits on our body which I’ll cover sometimes else.
So, gentlemen, drink plenty of water to lure plenty of beautiful senoritas. (I do not need to mention the quantity, do I?)
2. Take care of yourself, eat healthy-
What I’ve seen in most of the men these days is that they want to look good but don’t want to care about there body. This is what I’ve gone through myself too. I’m not asking you to take protein rich diet or start going to gym.
I only advice you all the handsome men out there to start taking a balanced diet, keeping their body healthy for all types of compliments to receive.
3. Feel Good-
I should rather bold this point to the darkest. Look better to yourself first before you look better to others. Because c’mon guys, you’re never going to get compliments from others if you yourselves don’t compliment yourself. Feel confident about yourself. I mean it’s quite obvious, if you want the people to look at you and think positive then you first need to look at yourself and think positively.
No matter whether you’re wearing an old-fashioned jacket or whatever, you should wear it with confidence and grace.
4. Wear to impress yourself not others-
This is a very important thing which I usually see people lacking these days, especially the teenagers. Wanting to impress others is quite obvious, I get it, after all we are social animals. But people(teenagers) these days ignore their identity in their own minds. They get so involved in looking good to others that they stop looking good to themselves. Eventually this leads to depression and anxiety in youth.
So, look handsome to yourself to look handsome to your beloved.
5. Not every trend is meant for everyone-
Following the latest fashion trend is good. But trying to wear only the trendiest clothes is not good always. Because, first, it costs money du-uh and most of the youth is not economically independent and secondly, not every trend is meant for you. What I mean from this statement is that, just because it’s trendy doesn’t mean that it looks good on you or maybe anyone else too.

Because sometimes trends are nothing but some marketing policies.
6. Don’t follow; lead-
People don’t like followers they fall for leaders. I mean if you’ll try to copy the style statement of Zayn Malik or maybe David Beckham you might probably look better and get appreciation. But ask yourself, does it really satisfy you, imitating others? I mean yeah, you could definitely inspire yourself from someone’s style statement and improvise. But copying, nah.

So, go on, experiment (which is my next point), create your own style and be the leader.
7. Experiment, it never gets old-fashioned-
No, I’m not asking you to take out your scissors and chop your favourite t-shirt from here and there. What I’m trying to convey is that always experiment with the combination of clothes that you already own, instead of buying new. Like wear a formal trouser with your casual shirt (I actually did it once).
Because who knows your old clothes might combine in a new “fashion” and may surprise you.
8. Invest your mind in new combinations instead of your money in new clothes-
First of all, that was hell of a long title for this point. One of the biggest concerns of people nowadays is that they think that they don’t have nothing to wear, while the newest piece of cloth that they bought is just a day old. Being a young Indian myself, I avoid shopping for new clothes every week. I never see a point in that. Instead what I try to do is that I wear that new cloth combining it with the other older ones I have to look better.
And voila there, I’ve a new dress for my evening date.
9. Always welcome comments-
When you try to be a fashion freak and start experimenting and improvising to Zayn’s styles and what not you start getting comments. Positive, negative, lame, hurtful and sometimes heart lifting. But what you need to learn is to welcome “ALL” of those comments. Don’t get lost in the compliments only and also don’t avoid the criticism.
Enjoy the fact, that you’re being noticed.
10. Posture and etiquettes-
One of the many things that men (Indian men, you listening?) ignore while trying to look better is that they ignore their own natural attire, which is their posture and their etiquettes. One needs to understand the value of these two beauties to look handsome and smart. Theory is quite simple, clothes are obviously the first and outermost thing that makes you look good but the same clothes would look good on mannequin too, right? What makes you different from that mannequin is your posture and your etiquettes.

Next time when your wear that suit and tie try to wear it like a gentleman.
That’s all folks! Those were some 10 non-fashion tips for men to look better and smart than the others. Hope you like it.

This is interesting. I was thinking about buying a neptune wallet by McGear, yet I find it quite expensive. Can you recommend me a similar wallet? This is where I found the Neptune Wallet https://www.bestwalletsonline.com/blog/best-metal-wallets/
